I’m not sure I can fully express the gratitude I have for Unwined Candle Company. I was introduced to Unwined by my Grandma, who gifted me one of their candles a few years ago for Christmas. It’s a gift I still look back on fondly. Even now, I continue to use that same candle, along with many other Unwined products I’ve purchased since, because of their high-quality scents and comforting nature. The burn time of these candles is unmatched by anything else I’ve owned. The room sprays are fragrant and do an incredible job of filling any space, while the wax melts deliver that familiar scent without the residual mess of candles (perfect if you’re a renter). Unwined candles are warm, comforting, and have the ability to transport you to another time entirely. When I light one, I often find myself back in familiar places with the people I love. As a candle maker, I’m always drawn into local candle shops. I usually never buy any because most suffer from poor scent throws, cheap presentation, and the same generic scents so I’m always skeptical. I say that all just to say this shop really stands out. Unwined is a nice storefront on historic Main Street and repurposes wine bottles into candles. They also sell other gift items and local art items. As far as the candles, they have the usual favorites but also have a rotating selections of what I prefer: unique scents. Today I picked up Dreamsicle. I’ve been painting the house the past few hours and all I can smell is the candle. The throw is good even for soy and the scent is great. The labels are quality as well; at home in any room or style. These would work well as a gift, too. I just moved in up the hill so I’ll definitely be swinging back by.

Unwined is terrific! A really great candle store with plenty of other *local-made*👍, fine and fragrant treats. The prices on their wonderful candles are also very reasonable, ESPECIALLY by 2023 standards. The exceptional sales associate (didn't get name) who helped me this past Sunday afternoon informed me the candle prices haven't gone up in about 15 years since the store opened! i then learned they will also hand-pour a candle to your liking with any leakproof container you bring in (obviously, most plastics won't work; a very hard plastic may be suitable). i'll definitely be back a few times before Christmas! PLEASE don't waste your hard-earned money on candles at some overpriced home decor chain or bookstore - stop by Unwined! (Att'n. Unwined owner/management: the store doesn't pop up as a pin when viewed on Google Maps! You can zoom all the way in, but only Cowboys and Angels and Shrimptown show up*! The only way out-of-towners can find it would be via searching in the bar 🔍!) (*Unless you've already viewed it, presumably by using search) (All my reviews are unsolicited)
